We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where items are in stock, however, on products that are not in stock delivery can take up to 7 business days. We will notify you by email and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account.

Yes, all the items on our website are available for Dropshipping & wholesale.
2. What are your postage costs?
£1.95/£2.75/£3.50 for the first item ( depends upon item ordered), all sent recorded delivery.
3.Do you ship overseas?
We ship to EU countries, this is a revised postage rate depending upon weight.
4.Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order requirements for wholesale or dropshipping.
5.Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
VAT will be added at Checkout.
6.Can I order stock that is showing zero or minus quantities?
Yes, all stock can be ordered, please see order days below.
7.Do you accept orders from customers outside of the UK?
sorry, we only accept orders from UK customers.
Process of Dropshipping
Once you have registered for free on our website you can begin to advertise the products. When you have made a sale and you order from us you would add your customers delivery details to the "Shipping Address" Section, you will receive updates on your order through your registered account.

Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
4. Lingerie and items of intimate clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5.Please note Seductive Line does not operate a Sale or Return Policy.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that free offers and our postage and packaging costs will be accounted for if returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery policy.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to seductiveline.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date.
